What an assignment saves
An assignment asks for a name or student code. Note Lab saves that entry, the chosen instrument, and answers as the student works. Submitted results appear in the teacher’s private dashboard. Deleting the assignment removes its sessions and results from the active database. Provider recovery copies and operational logs have separate retention; see our privacy policy.

Refunds
Request a full refund within 30 days of your first purchase. Accidental annual renewals are refundable within 14 days. After those windows, we review problems case by case. Stripe may also process refunds under its buyer terms; these windows do not limit any statutory refund rights. Contact info@podiumtools.dev.
Cancellation
Cancel renewal anytime. Teacher access continues through the paid period unless the payment is refunded.
After access expires
For 90 days, view and export existing results and keep existing student links working. You cannot create or edit assignments. After 90 days, results and assignment links become unavailable; they are not automatically deleted.
Failed payments
You have a seven-day grace period to update your payment method before access moves to the expired period.
